My name is Skylar. I’ve been down this path too. I’ve been through burnout. Through working in high pressure and sometimes soul crushing environments. Needing to sacrifice personal health and quality of life to pay the bills.

I’ve also spent years learning and practicing strategies and tools that help me to navigate the countless stressors in life. I studied psychology, resilience, trauma-informed mindfulness, somatic practices, therapeutic yoga and more.

I learned new ways of living, new ways of seeing the world and found tools that have built my resilience, increased my self-awareness, given me more agency and ultimately empowered me to THRIVE so that I can live aligned with what matters most to me in life even under pressure.

As I learned, I began sharing these things with others. First, supporting those in the teams and departments I led. Then expanding through teaching workshops, classes and 1 on 1 coaching.
