The internal and external conditions of our lives - stress, nutrition, lifestyle habits, movement, breathing, mental and emotional hygiene - play a large role in both the emergence of as well as the reduction of health challenges. As a result it’s important to not only look at the symptom presenting itself but also to take the whole system of internal and external conditions into account.
With wellness coaching, we will empower you with the tools and confidence you need so you can cultivate positive and lasting changes in your life which will contribute to your health and wellbeing. It’s time to switch from struggling to get rid of the symptoms for the moment to promoting positive health for the long term.
Our approach is holistic, pragmatic, grounded and tailored to you, your goals and your situation. We draw on modern neuroscience, yoga, mindfulness and psychology and help you understand and integrate what works best for you. Alongside wellness coaching, we offer life coaching, health coaching and private or small group yoga classes and mindfulness courses (online or in person).

Many coaches recommend a one-size fits all approach to yoga and mindfulness without truly being able to tailor these practices pragmatically and safely for their clients and their bodies. You might be wondering if you really can achieve a perfectly balanced life and stop experiencing the negative impacts of stress. The truth is that a perfectly balanced life and body is impossible to have. It’s more like a dance of intentionality in which you continually create the conditions for optimal performance and wellbeing.
